Your data

Your patients’ data, stored in Switzerland

Stored in Switzerland and processed by an AI in Switzerland or the European Union, whose vendor never uses it to train a model, under its terms. The audio is deleted as soon as it is transcribed.

The data’s path, in black and white

The practice is responsible for its records; Doctalis holds them for it, and the processing agreement names each sub-processor and where it processes.

  • Any AI call that would be processed elsewhere is blocked before it is sent.
  • You read every document; Doctalis never makes a medical decision.

How it works

You bring your notes. Doctalis drafts. You decide.

Notes, dictation, recording, documents: a session gathers it all and comes out with its documents ready.

The steps of a session

Step 1

Write or dictate your notes, import documents, record a conversation with the agreement of those present.

Benefits

What changes in your day

Less writing, more context at hand, and documents that stay under your control.

The patient’s memory

The essentials before you open the door

What you know about a patient no longer sits scattered across notes, PDFs and letters.

Doctalis keeps their memory up to date from the documents you validated.

Each fact keeps its source, and the synthesis, each sentence its sources.

A fictitious patient’s memory: their synthesis, the record’s notes and their facts, each with its source
Vocabulary

Your terms, spelled right

Implants, techniques, medicines: the words of your specialty are the first a transcription gets wrong.

Add them once to your vocabulary.

Doctalis uses it to transcribe your conversations and your dictation.

Flagged points

In doubt? It is flagged

Doctalis invents no clinical fact.

On every draft, it flags what its sources do not support, what contradicts them and what it inferred.

You know where to look before you validate.

A draft’s flags to review: what the sources lack, what contradicts them, what was left out, what was inferred

FAQ

Your questions, before you start

What a practice wants to know before using Doctalis with real patient data.

Does Doctalis decide for me?

No. Doctalis drafts; you read, correct, then copy, export or print. Doctalis never makes a medical decision.

Which languages does Doctalis work in?

The interface is in French, German, Italian and English. A document is written in the language chosen for it, and a conversation is transcribed in the language spoken; Swiss German is written in standard German.

Where is my patients’ data?

It is stored in Switzerland, and its backups will be too. The AI that transcribes and drafts processes it in Switzerland or the European Union; under its terms, its vendor never uses it to train a model. The audio is deleted as soon as it is transcribed. The processing agreement names each sub-processor and where it processes.

Does Doctalis make a diagnosis?

No. Doctalis drafts, summarises and structures from the sources you chose. It gives no diagnosis, recommends no treatment and raises no alert.

Does Doctalis replace my practice software?

Not yet. Doctalis works beside the software you keep.

How do I try Doctalis or ask for a demo?

Sign up with your email address or with Google: the 7-day trial starts, without a card. The demo is asked for while signing up.
