Record a consultation

As the session’s practitioner, you choose “Record”, then confirm that the patient and those present agreed; the confirmation is kept with your name and the time, and asked again for each recording. The transcript is written live, in the language spoken, and the header offers “Pause” and “End”.

Without a network the recording goes on, kept encrypted in the browser, and is sent when the network returns; if the tab closes, the session offers to send it when it opens again. A recording never sent is erased from the device after 7 days without activity. You stay signed in while a recording runs.

When a passage’s transcription fails, the whole recording’s audio is kept for 7 days from the first failure, time to “Retry” without recording again; a new attempt does not extend that period. Otherwise, the audio is deleted once the transcript is finished. “Delete at the patient’s request”, in the recording’s menu, deletes its audio and transcript; documents already drafted do not change.
