Trial and subscription

The trial lasts 7 days from the practice’s creation, everything included, without a card. After it, without a subscription, sessions, documents and the agenda are paused; records stay readable and the export stays possible.

In Settings › Subscription, an administrator chooses “Subscribe”: CHF 179 a practitioner seat a month, or CHF 1788 a year, excluding VAT; assistants are free, and a subscription counts at least 1 seat. Payment is made on Stripe, where a promotion code is entered. A seat added is charged at once, pro rata; “Invoices and payment” opens the invoices, the card, the period and cancelling, which takes effect at the end of the paid period.

If a payment fails, the practice keeps working 7 days, then is read-only until it pays, and everything resumes. A practice left read-only 90 days without paying is closed by Doctalis, its administrators told by email beforehand.
