Create the practice

You sign in with a code sent by email or with Google, without a password; a new address creates the account. You accept the terms of use and, for the practice you create, the data processing agreement.

You say whether you are a practitioner or a practice assistant, then give your title, first name and last name; a practitioner’s specialty chooses their starting templates. You then describe the practice: its name, canton, size, the software it keeps its records in, and a phone number. You become its first administrator, and the 7-day trial begins, everything included, without a card.

If you ask for a demo, you book a 30-minute call with the Doctalis team, or choose “Later”: the team calls you back on the practice’s number. Finally, a practitioner checks their microphone and reads a sentence aloud, which they see written and then drafted as a short report.
