Choose your assistants

In Settings › Team, each practitioner sees “Your assistants” and adds some with “Add an assistant”, from the practice’s assistants. They then see your patients, start sessions for you, add notes and documents to them, have documents drafted and keep the agenda; only a practitioner records a consultation.

You may also entrust an assistant with validating your documents: their row then reads “Validates on your behalf”, and the practice’s journal keeps each of those validations. Without that right, your drafts wait for your validation, and the assistant copies, exports and prints what is validated.

An assistant who works for several practitioners chooses, at each “New session”, whose it is. Until a practitioner has chosen them, “New session” stays unavailable.
