Follow your reminders

“New”, then “Reminder”: a title, the people it is for — you by default —, a due date if needed, a patient and a note. A reminder is seen by the whole practice, or privately by the people concerned and whoever created it.

“Reminders” sorts yours as overdue, today, upcoming and with no due date, and “Agenda”, at the head of the page, leads back to the day or the week you came from. “People” shows those of other members; on a computer it folds under its title, which then says whom you see, and the device remembers it. Tick a reminder once done; “Show completed reminders” finds it again, and it can be reopened. On its due day, each person concerned is notified.

Click a reminder to open its sheet: its due date, its patient, the people it is for, the session it came from and its note as it was written. From the sheet, “Mark as completed”, “Edit” or “Delete”. In the list, a small icon marks a reminder that has a note.

A reminder that comes from a session names that session. A patient’s death stops their upcoming reminders and appointments.
