Add an event

The agenda shows the day as a list, with its free times, or the “Week” as a grid. “People” chooses the members whose events you see; “The whole practice” shows everyone’s.

“New”, then “Event”: choose its type — “Appointment”, “On call”, “Meeting” or “Absence” —, its hours or “All day”, its participants and, for an appointment, the patient or the person. An appointment with a patient shows in their record; its sheet offers “New session” to whoever may open that record, unless the patient has died.

An event is seen by the whole practice, or private: the others then see it as “Busy”. If a participant is already busy, the agenda warns without refusing. Each change joins its “History”, and the other participants are told.
